• Spam, duplicate, or low-quality listings

Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.

1.3 Course and Lesson Standards

All lessons must:

• Provide genuine educational value
• Be created or licensed by the instructor
• Avoid unrealistic promises of guaranteed income or results

Mr Creativist may remove lessons that fail to meet quality standards.

1.4 Buyer and Seller Responsibility Disclaimer

Mr Creativist provides a marketplace environment where buyers may contact independent sellers, talents, or businesses directly. Mr Creativist does not act as the direct seller of third-party marketplace products or services. Therefore:

• Transactions and agreements are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller
• Mr Creativist is not a party to user-to-user transactions
• Mr Creativist does not guarantee delivery, quality, or outcomes of third-party services

Mr Creativist may remove reported listings but is not liable for marketplace disputes or losses.
