Creating an Account

To use Mr Creativist, create an account with a valid email address. Once registered, you can: access free lessons, subscribe to premium plans, enroll in courses, and join the creator community.

Logging In

If you cannot log in: check your email and password, use "Forgot Password" to reset, or contact support if the issue continues.

🎓 Courses & Learning Support

Enrolling in a Course

1. Browse available courses. 2. Select a course. 3. Complete payment (if required). 4. Start learning immediately. Enrolled courses appear in your dashboard.

Accessing Course Content

Once enrolled, access video lessons, downloadable resources, instructor materials, and progress tracking anytime.

💳 Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription plans: Free Plan, Learner Pro Plan, Learner Premium Plan. If payment fails, confirm balance and retry. See Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

👨‍🏫 Instructor Support

Instructors earn 70% of course sales; platform retains 30%. Submit profile, upload content, follow guidelines. View earnings and request withdrawals via Mobile Money in the dashboard.
